I am trying to run fmh-funprofiler according to the instructions, all processes and results were successful, however, in the results of identifying KOs in my sample, there were KO IDs that when I searched again on the KEGG database to determine the names, the data could not be found (For example like ko:K11681, ko:K18662, ...). I don't know where the problem comes from and how to solve this problem because making a unreal KO seems to be seriously problem.
I would appreciate it if you could find the cause and solution for my problem.

Could you kindly mention the KEGG database version you are using? It may be the case that the version of KEGG you are using is different (and probably older) than the version we used to build the reference.
