As of the most recent KG-Phenio build, the graph has 302196 nodes, and 28897 have empty names.
The empty names can cause an issue when loading the graph in something requiring names (e.g., Neo4j).
Biolink model does not require the name field to be populated.
An easy solution would be to use the node ID (a CURIE) as the name when a name is not otherwise available.
