First Working Version

Version 0.1

This is the first minimum working version. It does precisely what described in readme.md file. This is enough for me but I can continue to support and enhance the utility (i.e. make new releases) if someone else finds it useful.

Installation

Binaries are provided as a ZIP archive. Simply run the Toggl2Jira.exe file and you're good to go. Note that you need the .Net Framework 4.5 for this tool to work.
