Hopefully this fixes all three server errors that are being hit on Sentry. If people try to log in, and we receive rate limit exceptions, or HTTPError exceptions (also due to rate limit) then we redirect to login page and just show a big "OH NO, WE ARE RATE LIMITED" modal.
Also the index.html looks far better on mobile now.
