JCL Editor 2.3.0 Release

This release corresponds to JCL version 2.3.0-RC3 as provided by

However, this is a real release, not a release candidate anymore as quite a lot downloads are happening every week (~15) to the RC3 on Sourceforge which let intend, it is widely used without problems.
