(2) DNDBeyond character to Cauldron20
- Open dndbeyond
- Open the character you want to use.
- Once that is open you need to make the character public for the extension to be able to find the character. Go onto "Manage" on your character, then "character settings". Scroll to the bottom and under "character privacy" heading, make sure that it is set to "public"
- Now that you have done that, you can tell the extension which character you want to use. At the top of the browser, you'll see a link for your character. Select just the numbers at the end, as those numbers are an unique identifier to your character. Copy those numbers.
- Next find the "cauldron20" extension and click on it to open it up. You should have something like this:
Simply copy and paste your character's ID number into the "character ID" box then press the button "Fetch character info". This will take a couple of seconds before showing your character's name underneath meaning that it has gotten the information from your character.
