As requested on external chats, I have rebased an old commit of mine (Daggolin@5c7bd39) on top of the current
masterbranch. Additionally I added two workarounds to build with internal zlib and libpng on current macOS/XCode.The @MacSourcePorts builds of OpenJK have manually applied a rebased version of the above commit in their universal builds for over a year (MacSourcePorts@6288018).
This obsoletes #1115 and closes #1058.
