set to 2.0.0 because it's going to break the old teleops UI. Need to make brakes a Do command
Needed to get Viam's existing WASD UI working
Need to split off to separate fxn before adding to SetVelocity()
Needed to avoid the ambers being stuck on because I haven't made the platform do that yet.

Mid-term needed to keep lights updating with steering

Long-term will be deleted
Gets built-in keyboard UI working
Also fixed it mixing units
