Bluetooth Fix and new animations

firmware.dfu can be flashed to the STM32 using dfu-util

blutooth.hex requires a SWD capable hardware programmer

The python library now supports custom 'boop' animations. This release only changes the initial filesystem when the device is re-flashed.
