We are using travis-ci.com (not the org one!) for our CI. (https://travis-ci.com/IBM/watson-assistant-workbench).

There is no webhook for Travis, repository is correctly connected via GitHub Apps.

Project should be set in the Travis database as

inactive in in travis-ci.org
active in travis-ci.com
flagged as "building on .com" so that the reactivation in travis-ci.org can't happen.
