Fix ibm_is_instance limitations on supported profiles (#223)

* Update golden file for ibm_is_instance

* Set service to is.instance if confidential profile

* Set unit tests to run with subset of profiles

* Add profile
'cx2-2x4' to unit tests

* Add profile 'mx2-8x64' to unit tests

* Update golden file
