This test documentation is written in reStructuredText. The documentation is built using Sphinx.
To create an HTML version of the docs:

Install Sphinx (using
sudo apt-get install python-sphinxor some other method). -
In this
doc/directory, typemake htmlat a shell prompt.
The documentation in build/html/index.html can then be viewed in a web browser.
Does not commit it.
