[Frontend] Integrate Get Testimonials API with frontend fixed

Brief description of what is fixed or changed

1. Added the getTestimonials service function to fetch testimonials data.
2. Integrate Get Testimonials API with the frontend
3. Removed https://github.com/HITK-TECH-Community/Community-Website/blob/main/frontend/src/pages/Home/components/Testimonials/testimonials.js file
4. iadded required loader/toast messages
