Basic function that Handles Listing of:

• NFT collections of an account owner (by Public Key)

Note:

• This will return the holders per public key & filter for an nft
• *for metadata another query will be needed to retrieve additional mint metadata

TODO:

• Make a basic skeleton to display the results for a full working example of this function
