then, use stow
to create symlinks:
$ stow .
If already exist some file, run that with --adopt
flag, to use that file
$ stow --adopt .
$ git reset --hard
or rename that file/folder, like that:
mv ~/.anyConf ~/.anyConf.bak
$ stow .
