First release [unstable]

The first release, this is unstable and meant only for internal use for my infrastructure and to be used in showcases and test of this package. Not enough testing has been done to reduce the risk of undesired behavior to a minimum (crashes, memory leaks, ub, performance issues... etc). The interface is also unstable and subject to major changes after this package has been peer-reviews (And will be so until 1.x)
