Introduction

Sketch2Cad is an application that automatically cadds drawings drawn on the app. In order to provide an environment as similar as possible to what users usually draw on drawing paper, or white paper, the Scatch2Cad was placed in a white drawing board except for a simple button. There are only the "Undo" and "Export" buttons because the user may make mistakes.

Sketch2Cad corrects the picture drawn by the user. For example, if a user draws a rectangle to represent a wall, it corrects it neatly. This is a task that is convenient for the user to see and to facilitate cad conversion later. Auto-calibration allows users to really focus on drawings without having to draw delicately for later purposes.

And number recognition is possible. So, if the user writes down the figure and the number on top as usual, Sketch2Cad will correct it on its own. The size of the figure is adjusted to match the value of the number, making it really easy for the user to see and easy to find if there is a mistake.

When drawing a drawing, it is drawn differently to distinguish between doors, walls, and windows. You can distinguish it if you follow the rules of drawing in our app. This rule is not difficult. It has changed a little from what I usually draw or remains the same. Therefore, users will not feel much difference and will be easy to use.

When the user presses the export button, the finished drawing is automatically cadged. Compared to the usual time, it saves a lot of time

Motivation

Architects work on drawing drawings and turning them into cad. In the process of switching to a cad, it is difficult to understand the drawing except for the person who draws it, and the shape ratio often does not match. The biggest problem is too time consuming. So, architects want to make CAD automatically. So we developed an app that automatically caddies drawings.
