NFC daemon

Arbitrates access to NFC hardware and provides D-Bus interfaces
to NFC-aware applications.

Reader/writer (ISO-DEP and Type 2 tags), Peer-to-Peer (NFC-DEP)
and Card Emulation modes are supported.
