* Reintroduces two old dungeons and some loot changes

* Fixes and additions

Added an un-reachable gay baby jail and fixed the bug with the ladders

* Fixed the random hole in casino

Just patched up a random empty tile in casino

I put the gay baby jail close to a bunker spawn which im 99% sure is non-functional anyhow
but just in case
