EconomyLite 2.0

- Complete rewrite
+ Supports multiple currencies
- Switched to H2 backend
- Removed scoreboard
- Removed businesses
- Reworked commands
+ Added top balance command
+ Added commands to manage virtual accounts

Closes #3 and #8
