The climber system needs programming done for it (eventually.)

Due to the number of actions that have to be performed in order, with decent precision and speed, @rcracer4430 has set the requirement of having it be controlled mostly if not entirely autonomously.

  • Subsystem implemented (done barring major hardware changes)
  • Commands implemented
  • Driver control
  • Automated climb

Progress update:

  • The subsystem is complete. (Electronics has altered the pneumatic design, pray they do not alter it again.)
  • The commands to engage the system are implemented, but actual automatic climbing will take some experimental data to implement.
    • Driver has controls for what commands have been implemented thus far.

We're really good at having consistent hardware. Since the last iteration liked to tear itself apart we are mostly back to square one.

The system is similar enough to the old one, but won;t have e.g. drive train locking. (Tentatively?) assigning @brownkat6 to this redesign.
