Very first beta

This beta still misses some features, but all the basic ones are here :

You can sell claims by putting a sign inside of it, containing the following lines :

price
blank
blank

You can rent them as follow :
[rent]
price
duration (examples : 5 weeks 2 days, 1 week, 5days, 2w5d, ...)
blank

You can lease them as follow :
[lease]
price
payment count
payment frequency

Any blank line will be automatically filled with default settings.

The renting features aren't definitive, and will be adapted to those guidelines : NullCase/GPRealEstate#2

use /re for commands list

In addition to Vault and GriefPrevention, you need to install an economy plugin (tests made with IConomy)
