Mails available!

Essentials mail system has been implemented (although optional), so if specified in the config, offline players will receive mails for any information relative to their claim transactions.

You now also have the possibility to automatically destroy the signs once rented or leased, altough in such case, if the transaction gets cancelled, the claim will not automatically go back to being a "rentable/leasable" claim, but it will return to a normal claim.

All the planned features are now in place, so from now on, only bug fixes until the version 1.0.0
