Install and Run and FAQ

Common questions:
"How do I use this?"
First, run npm install to get the packages. USE NODE 10!!
Then run gulp to start it.
"Gulp isn't found."
You will have to manually install it. See gulp.com for more info.
"Why are almost all packages used deprecated?"
Because I'm too lazy to fix them. They were that way when I migrated. And I guess they STAY that way.
"How do I suggest stuff?"
Make an issue. I'll get back to ya... Eventually.
