* Add !no command Generates a pseudorandom slightly sarcastic response whenever "!no" or "!yes" is typed. I think it's all syntactically correct? idk im tired * Clean newlines, reuse Program.rand * Remove old rand because I forgot Co-authored-by: Erisa A <[email protected]>
