To export health data from your iPhone:

1. Open the Health app
2. Tap on the Today or Health Data tab
3. Tap on the User icon in the upper-right corner
4. Tap Export Health Data
5. Tap Export - this might take several minutes
6. Choose how you want to share the data (e.g. Email, AirDrop, store in Files, etc.)
