Extract file contents to a folder and run ERC20TokenDeployer.exe.

Release fixes bug introduced when upgrading GenericToken.sol smart contract. Deployed tokens should now transfer properly.

Currently beta so non-production ready, might still have bugs. Interested parties are encouraged to test this on Rinkeby/Ropsten testnets, test ethers could be obtained from faucets. Feedback welcomed!
