Car Rego Assignment

This is an assignment for school, which I finished recently as a group project with @CocaCola-Scmr, all of which was in a separate private repo He doesn't have any public repos rn which is kinda sad but maybe someday This isnt really worth checking out unless you want an sqlite db of many, many cars (abt 28 000 to be exact)
