Addresses #60

  • Adds touch, objectfreq, and objectidletime commands.
  • Adds Touch, ObjectFreq, and ObjectIdleTime methods to generic API.
  • Adjusted cache locks and storeLock to avoid race conditions.
  • Added new Flush method to cacheLFU and cacheLRU to help avoid a certain rare race condition.
