Currently we only have build support for ADIOSC on E3SM master (v3.0.1-1544-g596924f190 that includes SCORPIO 1.6.*). To try out ADIOS with compression users need to switch to SCORPIO master (cd externals/scorpio; git fetch origin; git checkout master). This change allows E3SM users to try ADIOS with compression for MPAS components |
