Only affecting pm-cpu. No module version changes (except for updates to AMD compiler) and should be BFB.
Primary change is adjusting PE layouts to remove CPL_PSTRID=8 hack as the performance issue with communication has been resolved and is no longer needed. The following 2 PR's describe most of these changes:
