This is a patch for #25.

I guess the whole .blend-file default handler thing could be refactored to use this, but I haven't actually tried to understand that code / what you'd have to do to achieve that yet.

I wonder if it would be better to link the whole folder, so that for example the ociio file would appear as stable to other applications too

As I understand, you pointing new build to 'root_path/blender.exe'. Seems OK to me 👍 But I can't make it into official build, so if you need help with building BVM you are welcome!

Yeah idk I can't get it to build a functional executable.
For now I'm back on Python from the Windows store, which isn't supported anyways.

I want to add symlink functionality to upcoming Blender Launcher. The only problem is that it should point to some path that user are defining himself as I can imagine.
