makes the loadout selection less bleak #293

About The Pull Request

Moves a lot of loadout things around, like taking out duplicates of something when you can just recolor an identical item, etc. Some items are gone, especially like the goofy ass animal costumes nobody ever will wear. Other items have been just swapped around because the only reason they are there and not something else is because they are from tg or a holdover from the other server where nothing ever happens.

Why It's Good For The Game

I dont understand the removal of the russian boots, since I recall them having a unique shape. They're not just jackboots.

ME!! i even added all the colors available on novarat bcuz they weren't all available and i needed THEM ALL.
