Updated Readme file for easy setup locally

Added the instructions for setting up the .env file

Setting the env file

Go to the 'env' folder.
Open the 'milkomeda-c1-testnet' file, select all the text, and copy it.
Go back to your project's main folder.
Create a new file in that folder.
Paste the copied text into the new file.
Name the new file '.env'.
