install error

Dear authors,

I would like to try SpaceMarkers on my own dataset and having trouble installing the 'SpaceMarkers'.
Below is the error message I get. and also do you have tutorials on how to use SpaceMarkers?

Hi! I have a similar issue and I would like to try out your package. Could you please update your package as the spatstat.core no longer exists. It has been replaced by two packages, spatstat.explore and spatstat.model.
