This pull request changes the compat entry for the DataInterpolations package from 6.5 to 6.5, 7 for package core.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.

Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your package tests pass before you merge this pull request.

The extrapolation handling is different in this release, so this cannot be merged without some work.
Also SciML/DataInterpolations.jl#373 should be fixed first.
