Port Arachne & maybe Oniro from EE

At this point mostly ported vampire systems and stuff from EE, and im working through the YAML. Draft PR because it changes a lot and I would like to know if we even want it in the first place.

Why / Balance

Real spiders with cocooning and blood slurping.
