This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Shahm Najeeb , the owner of the WESMUN 2025 website ("Licensor"), and You ("Licensee"), the authorized user of the website.

1.1 The Licensee acknowledges that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to the code, domain name system (DNS), and website design and content (collectively referred to as the "Website Materials"), are the sole property of the Licensor.

1.2 No transfer of ownership is implied or granted under this Agreement.

2.1 The Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Website Materials solely for the purpose of operating the WESMUN 2025 event.

2.2 The Licensee agrees to provide proper recognition to the Licensor in all materials, publications, and communications involving the Website Materials, including but not limited to event brochures, social media posts, and official announcements.

2.3 The Licensee shall not copy, modify, distribute, or sublicense the Website Materials without prior written consent from the Licensor.

3.1 The Licensor agrees to host and maintain the Website Materials at their own expense for the duration of the WESMUN 2025 event.

3.2 The Licensor retains the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Website Materials at their sole discretion, provided that reasonable notice is given to the Licensee to ensure event operations are not disrupted.

4.1 This Agreement may be terminated by the Licensor immediately upon any breach of its terms by the Licensee.

4.2 Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Website Materials and either return or destroy any copies in their possession, as directed by the Licensor.
- 5.1 The Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold the Licensor harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from unauthorized use of the Website Materials or violations of this Agreement.
- 6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- 7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, communications, or representations related to the subject matter.
