What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

This PR updates the tracer version that is required for Lfi and SqlI vulnerabilities. The lates version of the tracer supports both. The version that we used to associate to the Lfi vulnerability is no longer valid since many false positives were detected under versions prior to 3.4.0
