Community Website

We are a technology driven Data Science-based student-led innovation community at SRM IST. Here at Data Science Community, we make real-time projects, conduct researches, organize meetups, host events, and workshops. We guide and teach all those who aspire to work in these fields and help them attain better skills and knowledge.

This repository contains the source code for our website and is open source so that anyone willing to make contributions can easily do so.

• Home Page Includes all the details about the community, sponsors and other pages.

• Events Page One of the most pivotal page in the website, which serves multiple purposes like:

  1. Register for upcoming events
  2. Suscribe to push notifications.
  3. Certificates and Pictures of the events.
  4. Event Timeline and much more

• Blog Page Api call for Medium blogs which updates every hour, this is interesting Yupieee!

• People Page to showcase our brightest minds and the one's who make our community stand out among the other teams.

• Contact us Feedback and communication made simple using MongodB and Nodejs Backend.

Clone Project

This Command will copy a full project to your local environment

React App

Setting up React Project

    npm install

Run React App

Run npm run client for the Frontend server. Navigate to http://localhost:3000. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.

Database

MongoDB used as the Database.
