HH-Model

PROJECT NAME: HH-Model (Hodgkin Huxley Model)
STATUS: Ended (18 November 2014)
AUTOR: Daniel M.
DESCRIPTION:

C++ code to simulate the action potetial's for an axon of a Loligo Pelei squid using the
Hodgking-Huxley's ODE system proposed on 50's decade papers.
See the wiki for more info

USAGE NOTES:

Compile on Linux using

$ mkdir build
$ cd build
$ cmake ..
$ make

You'll need MathGL (v 2.3) and LibBoost (v 1.55) development libraries installed

Use doxygen to build documentation

$ doxygen HH-model.cfg

The directory "doc" will be created

TO DO:
  • Add documentation
  • Add a GUI, and maybe, (may be) get the program working in Windows
EVENTS:
  • 19-Sept-2012 Repository created
  • 23-Febr-2013 Repository structure changed, adding Cmake capabilities, marking proyect as ended
  • 22-March-2013 Adding doxygen documentation
  • 18-Nov-2014 The numerical procedure uses Libboost Odeint, updating grapher to MathGL v 2.*
