This is the official repository for the accepted NAACL 24 workshop submission: Revisiting Clinical Outcome Prediction for MIMIC-IV.

utils/data_utils.py contains the scripts to pre-process MIMIC-IV into the task specific datasets. bert_models.py contains the trainable BERT models for each task. datamodule.py contains the data loading pipeline. Execute main.py to train.
