Add command line api for new IMS remote build node status endpoints.
Prerequisites
Idempotency
Installed the new craycli on Mug with the updated IMS service and verified all new commands work as expected. This will not impact any existing API's.
Risks and Mitigations
This is low risk as it is just introducing new apis to the IMS service.
