Purpose of change

Wanted a flightless bird riding mount for elves, didn't want it to be a murderbird or kind of silly like most fantasy flightless bird mounts, and settled on a giant heron.

Describe the solution

Add the aenor (plural aenóren), a giant flightless heron, tamed millennia ago by the elves. They're not originally native to North American but exist here for the same reason horses do. They're extremely fast but solve most problems by running away, so they're not great at combat.

There could probably be combat-trained aenóren out there, but not that many, for the same reason there aren't a lot of warhorses nowadays.

An aenóren ranch would be a good random special for farms, in another PR. Lacking that, they occasionally spawn in the wilderness after a few weeks (domestic escapees).

Exists and can be ridden. Cannot be ridden through zombies.

Put two aenóren parents and an aenor chick up against a zombie horse. The parents did hit and run attacks until the chick ran away, then they ran too.
