Summary

Bugfixes "Chitin Gauntlet moved to Outerwear"

Purpose of change

When comparing the Chitin Gauntlet to Steel Gauntlets, Chitin has "normal" coverage while Steel has "Outerwear". So to fix this inconsistency, I moved Chitin Gauntlets to "Outerwear" as well. This is the only inconsistency on armor coverage when crossreferencing the whole Chitin set with other comparable steel armor sets.

Describe the solution

added an [OUTER] flag to chitin gauntlets

Describe alternatives you've considered

Testing
