Resolve #75758
In "Find Some Gasoline" mission, the chemist requests 100L of gasoline but they receives only 500ml. And its reward $16000 is too high, considering the price of 100L of gasoline is $625.
Describe the solution
Change the amount of required gasoline to 100L as in the mission description.
Change the mission value from $16000 to $700 (the price of 100L gasoline + extra reward for the player's effort).

Testing
Start the mission and bring 500ml gasoline, I cannot complete mission. Bring 100L gasoline and complete the mission and receive $700 as reward.
