Purpose of change
Sylphs should be able to turn befouled air into pure air.
Describe the solution
Add a spell (prerequisites of Eagle's Sight and Pushing Winds) that clears the air in a radius around the Sylph, removing smoke, toxic gas, pollen, and so on. It's indiscriminate, so you can't leave bad around your enemies.
