Bugfixes "Adjust P50 Reload Time"
Purpose of change
You have to open the P50 in order to reload it. I don't imagine it taking 1 second.
Describe the solution
Makes it take 5 seconds, yes, it's a guess at the time taken, but oh well, it for sure is >1 second.

Making it take less or more time.

Additional context
Was gonna include a change to have to accept slings, but due to the handgun skill it uses, it cannot have a sling.
