Remove some nonsensical items from school chemistry labs

While going through our itemgroups I noticed chem school itemgroup stocks mutagen. No.

Describe the solution

Remove the following items:

• potassium iodide tablets
• prussian blues
• mutagen
• purifier
• royal jelly
• decoy Elf-A

While I was here I threw the petpack out of the unisex bags group. Honestly it had insanely high chances to spawn there, and it was used to spawn on coat racks BUT IT DIDN'T FIT ON A DAMN COAT RACK

Describe alternatives you've considered

Not removing the potassium iodide and prussian blues. Schools nearby nuclear stations supposedly stock them, but I don't think a chem lab is the place to keep the emergency supplies for this anyway.

Decoy Elf-A is the normal standpipe maintenace log. This would possibly make sense in the location, but not among chemistry supplies students use. It should probably be in some office somewhere if anywhere.
