Purpose of change

For some reason (maybe a copypasta on my part?) Far Hand's range and damage weren't the same, which means that it often failed to pull the items the full range to the psion.

Give the same values to range and damage for Far Hand.

Items now properly land at the psion's feet.

What do you mean by "playing around with crystals?" The effects from failed attunements do last an hour, and that's intended--did you stack up multiple levels of "Headache" (etc)?

I had an Excruciating Headache from 5 usages of the black crystal, which coincided with the full afternoon of nausea, lasting into the morning.

Sorry, Github has no PM feature. I thought the other PR was one of yours.

That's intended. It's also something that is extremely rare outside of trying to use a black matrix crystal multiple times in a row and stacking up the overload debuff extremely high (other situations can make it last longer, but with only 1 stack).
